Dental Insurance
Our practice accepts most insurance plans, including (not all inclusive):

- Delta Dental
- Metlife
- Cigna
- Humana
Because plan benefits vary, please call our office so we may verify your insurance benefits for you.
Payment is due at the time of service. Patients/guardians will be charged $40.00 for each hour of their missed appointment(s) without a 48-hour advance notice to cancel. Patients/guardians are responsible for balances in full after 60 days if insurance has not paid. A service fee of $40.00 will be assessed for all returned checks. The patient/guardian is responsible for all reasonable costs and attorney fees incurred by Governor’s Park Dental Group, if payment is not received.
